Kilsaran Precast manufactures columns in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. The majority of units produced are square, rectangular, or circular. Bespoke polygonal shapes can be catered for in custom moulds. A higher number of repetitive regular shaped columns results in the most cost effective solution.

Typical precast connection details such as corbels, steel billets, and invisible connections can all be readily accommodated in our steel moulds. Accessories such as lifting eyes, prop and hand rail sockets, Alsipercha conical cones, lightning conductors etc. can all be cast into each unit to minimise site works and improve safety.

Columns in flat slab projects are typically single storey in height, or in frame structures, such as car parks or industrial units, can be up to five stories in height.
