This system ensures that the design, manufacture, supply, and installation of our products fully meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems.

All of the company’s activities are conducted according to the following principals:

A Quality Manger monitors compliance with all aspects of the Quality Management System. They are aided by a full time Quality Engineer based in the manufacturing facility.

All concrete testing is carried out in our certified onsite test laboratory. A summary of compliance checks, along with any recommended process improvements, is presented at a weekly management meeting.

The system is reviewed during regular internal audits by the Quality and Departmental Managers. Our accreditation body, SGS, carry out thorough annual external audits on all aspects of the system to ensure its continued effectiveness.
