Meet the Road Surfacing Team
Seán Keohane – Contracts Director
Seán has overall responsibility for Kilsaran Roadsurfacing and Contracting. He joined Kilsaran as Contracts Manager in 2005 and has been Contracts Director since 2008.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UCC and postgraduate qualifications in Management and Strategy from the IMI. Prior to Kilsaran he worked in Local Government and in the Engineering manufacturing service industry.
Paul McKenna – Senior Contracts Manager
Paul is the Senior Contracts Manager for Kilsaran Roadsurfacing and Contracting with overall responsibility for the contracting operations. He joined Kilsaran as a site engineer in August 2007, has been an Area Contracts Manager since January 2008 and the Senior Contracts Manager since April 2019.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from NUI Galway and a postgraduate qualification in Management from the IMI. Prior to Kilsaran he worked in a consulting engineering practice
Colin Price – Area Contracts Manager
Colin is an Area Contracts Manager for Kilsaran Roadsurfacing and Contracting with responsibility to ensure that all of his projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
Colin has 27 years’ experience in bituminous pavement construction and joined Kilsaran in 2007. Colin has a National Certificate in Civil Engineering from Carlow RTC
John Walsh – Midland Area Contracts Manager
John joined the Kilsaran group in 2002 developing new and existing pits and quarries whilst also Managing our Kilrathmurry Quarry, pit and Concrete plant. In 2006 John was appointed as our Midland Area Contracts Manager for Kilsaran Roadsurfacing and Contracting. John has a Degree in Construction Management from GMIT and postgraduate qualifications with a Dip. in Management from DIT & Ibec. Prior to Kilsaran John worked in the Commercial and Civil Engineering sector.
Yvette Fitzpatrick – Contracts Coordinator
Yvette is the contracts coordinator for Kilsaran Roadsurfacing and Contracting since joining the company in 2019. Yvette has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin.
She has over 14 years’ experience in the construction industry and prior to Kilsaran she worked as a senior engineer for a large Irish based construction company.
