Our ready‑mix concrete and concrete blocks were chosen for their reliability, structural strength, and suitability for precision‑formed architectural features. For signature elements such as the polished flooring on Level 2, Kilsaran developed a bespoke mix incorporating crushed gravel to achieve a clean, reflective, premium finish.

The Academic Hub at TU Dublin’s Grangegorman Campus is a landmark, light-filled building that integrates the protected North House and annex, with exposed concrete forming a key architectural feature. Benchmark concrete samples were poured in June 2022, with the design team agreeing to a consistent mix incorporating 30% GGBS cement replacement to ensure high-quality, uniform exposed concrete throughout the project.
