Urbeo Clonsilla
Urbeo Clonsilla, a residential development in Dublin 15, features 211 A-rated apartments across three blocks, offering studio, 1-bed, and 2-bed units with basement parking. Completed in 2023, the project is conveniently located near Coolmine train station and the M50 motorway.
Carrigtwohill School Campus
Our Precast business unit was awarded the contract to design, manufacture, deliver and install load-bearing and self-supporting walls, partition walls, floors and stairs for all three buildings. Our Concrete Products and Aggregates business unit supplied all the ready-mix concrete, concrete blocks and aggregates to this project. While our KPRO and Paving business units also supplied products throughout this project.
Dublin Port Greenway – Concrete Products and Aggregates
Kilsaran supplied Ready Mix concrete from its Concrete Products & Aggregates business unit to the Dublin Port Greenway project along the northern perimeter of the Port overlooking the Tolka Estuary.
Tight control of aggregate grading, particle shape, moisture content and cleanliness enhanced the appearance of the concrete finish. Consistent control of input materials, above what is required for conventional ready-mixed concrete, was vital to the achievement of a high-grade concrete appearance. The final result is a strikingly textured finish that elevates the design of the greenway, demonstrating the potential of concrete to combine both durability and functionality with aesthetic appeal.
Church of Oak Distillery – Concrete Products and Aggregates
The Church of Oak Distillery is a landmark restoration and transformation of the historic Ballykelly Mills on the banks of the Grand Canal in Monasterevin, Co. Kildare. This ambitious redevelopment breathes new life into a grain mill dating back to the early 1800s, harmonising heritage preservation with modern construction and sustainable design.
