Our Mission as a Diversity and Inclusion Team is to create a culture of belonging and respect, and appreciation for all individuals, regardless of any aspect of their identity. We believe that by fostering a sense of community and connection, we can build a stronger, more resilient organisation that is better equipped to meet the needs of our diverse stakeholders.
Diversity & Inclusion at Kilsaran
Kilsaran’s ever-growing and evolving Diversity and Inclusion Team was established in 2022 which contributes to the long term sustainability of Kilsaran.
In Early 2022, we partnered with Inclusio to help develop a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. The ‘Have Your Say’ programme was launched via the Inclusio Platform and allowed employees to anonymously participate in open discussion forums in which they could share what it is like to work in Kilsaran. It was due to the ‘Have Your Say’ programme that Kilsaran established a new team dedicated to Diversity and Inclusion. Our team have defined their Vision, Mission and Values which serve as guiding principles for our work in fostering diversity and inclusion.

Team Achievements
Our Diversity and Inclusion Team were honoured to be presented with the Excellence in DEI Award by Inclusio for our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion while building an inclusive culture. This award recognizes our passion, trust and commitment to creating a positive workplace through our commitment to DEI. There have been a number of goals and initiatives set out for 2024, many achieved and many are ongoing goals that we will see in the coming years. We are excited to employ new goals into our agenda for the coming year, 2025.
