At Kilsaran, we have recently upgraded some of our paving and walling manufacturing equipment making positive environmental changes, in line with our ESG Strategy.
Our new Hess 2 plant now features a new dryside processing and packaging line. This line integrates machinery from key suppliers, Hess Group GmbH, SR Schindler (both part of Topwerk Group), and OMS.
The plant expansion includes an inline shotblaster for increased processing capacity. A new void packing machine allows us to create accessible spaces in packs, reducing pallet usage.
Eliminating timber pallets has saved 10,000 trees annually. By avoiding forklift transport between processing plants, we conserve 16L of Diesel per 1000m2 of secondary product produced in Hess 2.
