Kilsaran International are delighted to announce the launch of K-Seal, the new range of factory pre-sealed paving from Kilsaran. Pre-sealing reduces surface degradation and prevents airborne dirt including chewing gum and grafitti from adhering to the surface of the paving as well as leaving the surface UV resistant. One of the major benefits of sealing paving products is the massive reduction in maintenance time and associated costs, up to 80% in some cases.
Major projects that have used K-Seal include the new DIT Grangegorman Campus, Dungarvan Town Centre and the Store Street Plaza in Dublin City Centre. All of these projects have recorded a major reduction in maintenance time and cost since the installation of Kilsaran paving with K-Seal. K-Seal is fully compatible with our Clima-Pave range of permeable paving.
